PAICAR [DA-03 Medium-Soft Foam Polishing Pad]

DA-03 Blue Foam Pad
Designed to complement PAICAR 03 refinishing polish, the DA-03 blue foam pad excels when used with a dual-action (rotorbital) polisher. It’s ideal for eliminating holograms, refining minor imperfections, and correcting medium to fine scratches on a variety of paint types.
Constructed from a medium-soft foam, the DA-03 offers a balanced density and PPI (pores per inch) to maintain its shape and performance throughout extended polishing. This ensures smooth, controlled operation without skipping or instability.
Paired with PAICAR 03, the DA-03 delivers a high-gloss, professional finish—making it a popular choice as the final step in multi-stage correction processes, especially after heavier cutting compounds.
Its shape is optimized to track the motion of a rotorbital polisher and reach tight or contoured areas safely. The 25 mm thickness improves control, reduces vibration, and helps the operator maintain consistent results with less risk of overheating the surface.
Additionally, its open-cell foam structure promotes airflow and disperses heat effectively, keeping surfaces cooler during use and minimizing the chances of damage from excess heat.
