PAICAR [DA-01 Hard Foam Polishing Pad]

DA-01 Red Foam Pad
The DA-01 red foam pad is specifically engineered to work in harmony with PAICAR 01 polishing compound, delivering optimal cutting performance and professional results.
Crafted with a firm, high-density foam, the DA-01 pad is designed to tackle heavy oxidation and deep scratches with speed and precision, making it suitable for use on a wide variety of paint finishes.
Its durable construction and balanced PPI (pores per inch) ensure consistent performance throughout the polishing process—maintaining its shape, firmness, and stability without skipping or bouncing.
When paired with PAICAR 01, this pad provides aggressive correction power—ideal for leveling imperfections that softer pads can’t touch. It’s often favored for use with rotary polishers to maximize cutting strength.
Despite its firmness, the DA-01’s design also supports use with dual-action or gear-driven polishers, making it effective in tight or contoured areas. The pad offers excellent operator control, reduces vibration, and minimizes the risk of surface damage from heat buildup.
