PAICAR [DA-04 Soft Foam Polishing Pad]

DA-04 Green Foam Pad
The DA-04 green foam pad is purpose-built to enhance the performance of PAICAR 04 extra-fine refinishing polish, especially when used with a dual-action (rotorbital) polisher. It’s the go-to choice for refining lightly dulled surfaces, correcting fine scratches, and addressing small imperfections on most modern paint systems.
Crafted from soft, high-quality foam, the DA-04 features a carefully calibrated density and PPI that ensure long-lasting durability and consistent performance. It maintains its shape and softness throughout the polishing cycle, delivering even results without skipping or jumping.
When combined with PAICAR 04, this pad produces a deep, high-gloss finish that meets the demands of final-stage polishing. Its smooth, uniform structure also makes it an excellent choice for evenly applying waxes or sealants on already-corrected surfaces.
The DA-04’s design supports efficient use with rotorbital polishers, allowing the pad to follow complex contours and polish hard-to-reach areas without risking surface overheating or damage. Its 25 mm thickness provides better handling and reduces vibration, giving users greater control during the finishing process.
To help manage heat buildup, the open-cell foam promotes airflow and effective heat dissipation, keeping both the pad and paint surface cool during extended polishing sessions.
